Vanderbilt finally secures a signature win during the James Franklin era. Seeing the emotions of the players and coaches during and after the game, there is no doubt in my mind that this team will compete against the very best for the rest of the season.
In a 52-24 rout of UAB, Vanderbilt somehow found a way to score too many touchdowns. I was running our Instagram feed using my eye-fi card from my camera and was unable to keep up with all of the touchdowns. I guess that's a good thing?
I had the awesome opportunity to shoot one of the best receivers in college football this past week as a part of a long form story. My photos ended up running as the cover as well as a part of the two page spread on the interior that housed the actual story. I am amazed at how well they printed, especially after the shoot that I did last year with him that did not go particularly well from a photography standpoint. I cannot believe how much I have improved as a photographer in a year.
One play away from a huge win. We really need to stop the read option.
